Epson was happy to announce today that they have received the 2011 Japanese Good Design Award in 5 separate categories. Among them include the EH-TW6000, who won the Best Projector award and the EH-TW8000 who won the Best Home Cinema Projector. Both projectors feature 3LCD display technology and 3D capabilities. The TW6000 can display 2200 ANSI lumens and a 40000:1 contrast ratio. The TW8000 features 2400 ANSI lumens and a 200000:1 contrast ratio. Both models come with a native 1080p HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. Both models have not hit the retail market yet, but they will be before the end of the year. »read more
