Kim Dotcom has been refused an appeal to be freed on bail by a New Zealand court, as its opinion that he is a "flight risk" still hasn't changed.
That means Kim Dotcom has returned to custody until 22 February, the day of his scheduled extradition hearing. According to the Guardian, "the high court in Auckland said the lower court judge was right to rule there was a significant risk that Dotcom, who had passports and bank accounts in three names, might try to flee the country".
