Virgin Mobile USA, Sprint's value-brand subsidiary, is going through with a plan to enact data throttling beginning on March 23rd. Users on "Beyond Talk Plans" who download more than 2.5GB of data during their billing cycle will see their download speeds drop to a glacial 256Kpbs until their plan refreshes. As it's a month-to-month, no-contract plan, users can re-up immediately once the throttling goes into effect if they'd like to bring their speeds back up to normal. »read more
