Mitsubishi Unveils 7000 Series Projectors

Mitsubishi announced today that they have officially released their new 7000 Series of projectors. The series includes 5 new projectors, including the XL7000U, XL7100U, WL7050U, WL7200U, and the UL7400U. These projectors range in brightness between 4700 and 6000 ANSI lumens as well as comes with a 2000:1 contrast ratio. The XL models include a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, while the WL models have a WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution. The UL7400U is impressive with a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution. The projectors will be on display at the ISE 2012 trade fair. Retail prices have not been announced yet but they are available to order now in Europe.

Mitsubishi unveiled today two new short throw projectors to their educational lineup, the WD385U-EST and XD365U-EST. Both projectors use the latest in DLP display technology and come with 3000:1 contrast ratio. Mitsubishi unveiled today their latest 3D projector, the HC7800D. This device is capable of displaying full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a 30000:1 contrast ratio, and 1600 ANSI lumens. After several months of anticipation, Mitsubishi has finally released their HC9000D projector. The device is the company’s latest 3D projector and will be on display this week at CEDIA 2011. The HC9000D features 1100 ANSI lumens, a 150000:1 contrast ratio, and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. Mitsubishi announced today that they will be demonstrating their latest home cinema products at this year’s IFA 2011. The convention is the world’s largest trade some for consumer electronics and home appliances.
