Man Accused of Running Kelihos Botnet Denies Involvement

A Russian man who Microsoft accused of being the mastermind behind the Kelihos botnet took to his blog this weekend to deny any involvement.
Andrey Sabelnikov wrote that it was an "immense surprise" to learn that he had been accused of running the botnet, and said that he was dismayed to learn about the charges.
"I did not commit this crime," Sabelnikov wrote, according to a translated version of his LiveJournal post. He insisted that he has never managed or benefited from a botnet. »read more
