The FBI on Wednesday arrested a Florida man who is accused of hacking into the email accounts of various celebrities, including Mila Kunis, Christina Aguilera, and Scarlett Johansson.
Christopher Chaney, a 35-year-old Jacksonville resident, was charged with accessing protected computers without authorization, damaging protected computers without authorization, wiretapping, and aggravated identity theft.
According to the indictment, Chaney used various online aliases and trolled the Web for personal information about the celebs he hacked. He then used that data to access their email accounts, and often found new victims by perusing a celebrity's address book. »read more
