Microsoft’s Greg Sullivan demonstrated the rumoured improvements in the MMS functionality in Windows Phone Tango to Laptop Magazine.
The video demoes attaching multiple pictures and also voice notes, and besides the MMS updates, better memory management, wider processor support and Chinese CDMA support, Greg also noted that the update included under the hood changes such as security updates, with the Verge noting today that the SMS of Death issue has been fixed in the new software.
Greg also said while the Nokia Lumia 610 will be shipping with the OS update in place, current Windows Phones will get the update after the new low-end devices shipped (which is expected in Q2 2012). »read more
