Optoma Unveils EX855 and EW865 Projectors

Optoma announced recently two new projectors that will be joining the ProScene series, the EX855 and EW865. Both projectors use DLP display technology and feature a 4000:1 contrast ratio. The main difference is that the EX855 only comes with 5500 ANSI lumens and a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, while the EX865 is a little brighter with 6000 ANSI lumens and comes with a WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution. Optoma has included a diverse connection panel that includes HDMI, RGB, composite, component, s-video, and several audio ports as well.
