A few months ago, Sony announced that their VPL-HW30ES projector was going to be released in July. Unfortunately it looks like customers will have to wait as it was revealed that this projector was pushed back to August. The HW30ES features 1300 ANSI lumens, a 70000:1 contrast ratio, and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. This device will be Sony’s latest 3D projector and will use the new active shutter technology. The connection panel will include two HDMI inputs as well as a component and an RGB port.
