After a net loss of $29.6 million for the first quarter, it seems like Logitech wants its Revue, which was the first Google TV device, to be able to take a bigger share of the market from its competitor, the Apple TV, during the second quarter.
Today Logitech announced that its device that launched at a steep $300 will now be competitively priced at just $99.
With the first generation, unproven platform, not enough for the consumers to justify a purchase, hopefully this price drop and the update coming sometime this summer with Android Honeycomb 3.1 and Android Market support, can save it from the ashes.
