Sharp is looking to enter the overhyped tablet market with its own product. The rumor says it that the Japanese company will launch not one but few tablets, all of which will rely on the Android platform.
Now we have FCC to confirm there is some merit in these stories, with a 7-inch tablet called “Galapagos” getting the Commission’s seal of approval. Yep this means the device is ready to be introduced on the U.S. soil, though it doesn’t mean that will happen soon.
