What's the reason behind cancelling Google/Samsung UNpacked event?

Today Google and Samsung announced that they will postpone the event which was supposed to be held on 11-th this month. What changed their mind?
Some people think it has something to do with Steve Jobs's passing away, some think it may be Android's new version isn't quite ready for the BIG launch and some flaws has to be fixed first. What do you think?
