At the 2012 CTIA Wireless show in New Orleans, a T-Mobile executive has hinted that T-Mobile might start to offer new video services that would be paid for by sponsors and would not count against a user's data plan.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that T-Mobile USA Senior Vice President Brad Duea made the comments in an interview. The publication also notes that Verizon Wireless Vice President Brian Higgins said that Verizon also has interest in creating similar "toll-free" offerings for its customers, but that such plans were in the early stages of development. »read more
