After months of anticipation, Verizon Wireless has finally put the DROID BIONIC by Motorola up for sale today. Priced at $299.99 with a new, two-year agreement, the Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone packs a dual-core 1GHz processor, 4.3-inch qHD display and 8-megapixel camera with Full HD video recording. However, the big news here is that it’s the first dual-core Android phone with 4G LTE.
There are also plenty of accessories to be had, including the $299.97 Lapdock which turns the BIONIC into a notebook replacement complete with a 13.3-inch display, full keyboard and trackpad. Alternatively there’s an HD Station dock, priced at $99.99, and the Webstation Adapter at $29.99. »read more
