Samsung Looses Battle to Pull LG Commercials

When it comes to passive vs. active 3D technology, the two main companies butting heads are Samsung and LG Electronics. Recently, Samsung has been filing cease and desist orders to LG for their passive 3D advertisements. Samsung claims that the ads are “misleading and deceptive.” The commercials are a series of four commercials that each talks about one specific benefit that passive technology has over active technology.
