PC sync? Have you installed the original LG software (LG PC Suite or something) that comes with the phone? You should do that, in order to connect your phone and have an access to your picture galleries. After installing it, plug in the USB cable, select Data Services, and follow instructions for syncing the device with your PC. If you use a memory card, you should choose Mass storage instead and simply copy files as you do from a USB stick.
