Christie announced today a new software upgrade that will be available soon to the Solaria series of digital projectors. The Solaria V.2.2 software is specifically designed to support high frame rate footage. The rates can be as high as 60 frames per second when the standard frame rate is generally only 24 FPS. The high frame rate allows for a smoother image quality and reduces motion blur on fast moving objects.
