My contracts up in a few months, and I've been hearing rumors about various different phones circling about, one being the Nexus One on verizon, and the Blackberry Tour2. I find myself torn in deciding to hop on android or to hit up blackberry. I'm not looking for a flashy device just something to surf the web, check email, possibly play a few games, and listen to music. So any help on weighing my decision?

Level 2 +1 for Android
I got the Droid, and a LOVE this phone. Finally a 'smart' phone that Verizon didn't 'cripple'...

Level 2 In my experience, the Moto Droid is great. Go for it. I'm personally going to wait to see different styles of new Android phones for VZW

Level 2 I have been asking myself this same question. The thing to remember in the technology game is....You can NEVER keep up. Still, I might wait for the Nexus One, Motoroi, or Incredible.

Level 2 I was thinking about purchasing the droid. I know everything there is to possibly know about this phone, but im waiting it out to see if they come out with another android phone for verizon. Maybe something with a faster processor, and more RAM. I live the option of a physical keyboard, but it isnt the best out there. I understand they had to undergo the design of the keyboard to maintain the sleek yet industrial form factor, yet i would like to see what next android phone will compete with the droid besides the nexus one.

Level 2 I seriously would love to get hold of this baby. I am using moto q now. the keypad in it is very good though. hope this one keeps up with the expections

Level 2 im on the same boat, i was planning to wait it out and see how the year goes, i heard its gonna be a great year for android, but then my phone went and broke on me, so droid HERE I COME!!
