Just got a new iphone 3gs, carrier locked. iOS 4.2.1, BB 5.14.02. How can I SIM unlock it? Help!

Level 9 You can use Ultrasn0w to unlock it as far as i know. I`ve found a great step by step tutorial at which you can take a look and ask if there are still some remaining problems:
