The Krave had the potential to be great...it had top notch hardware, but the software was lacking in a few respects. Because the general public seems to be focused on texting, this phone received a lot of bad reviews. But waht was often overlooked was the fact that it gets great reception and sounds fantastic.

Great phone? Could have been. The hinge design was flawed because the clear flip screen wasn't strong enough when compared to the hinge. If it had been either stronger material on the cover or a slide opening design (like the EnV Touch), it would have been better IMO.
