According to an AllThingsD report, Sprint has said it may delay the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S III due to “overwhelming demand and limited supply.” According to the report, pre-orders for the handset, which kicked off on June 5th, will arrive a few days later than expected. Orders originally were slated to arrive on June 21st.
In-store and online sales were also supposed to kick off on the 21st, and it’s not known whether this delay will affect the full retail launch as well.
