Yesterday I saw this monster on DELL's website and the specs of the Alienware are truly impressive, it has Crossfire and SLI options for graphics and I7 cpus. With the top option of 2 HD 6970 in crossfire it puts out the same performance as a desktop GTX 580 (or pretty close anyway).

This is some fine piece of tech. It can definitely replace my desktop.
This one can probably replace most of the desktops out there. Quite thick for my taste, but gaming-wise it's a massive powerhouse.
Alienware have always made one of the best notebooks :)
This notebook is a monster, the specs are just amazing.
Some people will find Alienware M18x as the ultimate gaming rig, and that is really the definition of the laptop. However, I hardly find a point carrying 12 pounds of power around just to play the latest games on full graphic details.
Just ask the gamers and they will give you reasons :D

Alienware never seize to amaze me, the always bring the fastest hardware in the best looking shell possible.
