Gingerbread interface to Honeycomb tablets

Posted by I.P.K. on May 20, 2011

If you change the display density of your rooted Honeycomb tablet, then you get the UI of the Gingerbread. That is not bad, but I don't know if it changes only the UI or the whole menage of the device? Other thing is that, you increase the density and it may corrupt the display. What do you think about this upgrade (or downgrade :D)

How do you change the display density? What exactly changes?

You change the PPI and don't change the resolution..that is the way, just like the option of Win 7 to see smaller or larger icons and text :)
