Anti-Virus software on a mac?

Posted by barryween on Nov 25, 2010

I'd be happy if you share your experience which anti-virus software you use to protect your Mac, as well as did it help preventing it being infected. I'm using ClamXav, which is a free anti-virus, but will probably consider changing it for extra peace of mind.

Avast has Mac OS version...but I don't know whether it's free...but this anti-vir program is very good (for me). It has daily updates and don't use a lot of PC resources to work :)

Avira is free one for Mac OS X...but I think, if you want something really good, you should look after some paid software.
