Clock sync changes automatically?

Windows Vista's clock often run out of sync whenever I shut down the PC. I don't know what can be the reason - software or hardware (I reinstall the Win but same situation ). Someone help.. :(

Level 3 I think you should check the little battery on your motherboard...

Level 3 I fix the problem a long time ago...it was the battery. Apparently it had to be replaced..
