Level 3 Try looking for a tiny hole and if there is one, you should be able to open it with straightened paperclip or needle.

If not, you can take it for a service, unless you feel confident enough to open up the top and manually eject the tray.

Level 6 Probably the drive belt for the mechanism got off or torn. In this case you should disassemble the unit to get it replaced. No big deal just be careful.
