Hi,
I've had this system for a few months now and recently bought an external HDD to shift all my media onto. It's formatted to FAT32 but whenever I plug it in I can't access the device. Have tried with a thumb drive and it works, so its not the USB port.
Any suggestions gratefully recieved!

Level 9 Hey. I`m assuming a problem is not about the media itself, but about the voltage. Does your external hard drive have separate power supply? If it doesn`t, possibly that is your problem...try one external drive with a separate power supply and write if it works.
