I've had a difficult time justifying buying this console due to the games available to play. There are very few games that I've found to be worth while. Anyone have any suggestions? Preferably games that are exclusive to the PS3 since I already own a Xbox 360

Uncharted 2 is awesome. Very entertaining and long playing time
just do a google search for playstation 3 exclusives and see the titles. Let me just say MGS4 (Metal Gear Solid 4) amazing game. Not to mention the Final Fantasy series to name two i have that are exclusives and they're awesome.
Final Fantasy series is always legit. There's also Socom and the brand-new MAG game which has like up to 256 players at the same time, if you're into shooter games.
There is also Call of Duty Modern Warfare.
I played it. My friend has it. And with the Sony 40" HD LCD screen,
wauuu it's incredible and home theater sound blaster.!!!!!!!! It blow you away hehe

The graphics on the games are awesome and the game call of duty modern warfare two is my favorite
Call of Duty Modern Warfare is not exclusive to the PS3 though. There are tons of great games for this system. Try out Infamous, MGS4 MLB The Show. MAG I am hearing is getting really good reviews for an online only shooter. Heavy Rain is coming out and looks tremendous. Oh and if you like shooters, try Killzone 2. Amazing game. There are many more, but those are the first ones to pop into my head.

Best Games out here, and best graphics. The only reason I play my XBOX more is for the party chat.
