As the Samsung vs. Apple battle continues to rage around the world, Samsung has been denied its request for an injunction against Apple. Samsung had requested a ban of iPhones and iPads in the Netherlands on the basis of a 3G patent infringement. The court determined that Samsung could not pursue a case against Apple products that use Qualcomm’s baseband chips because Samsung has a licensing deal with the chipset manufacturer. »read more
