Apple and Samsung have been in a legal tussle for quite some time now, but it looks like Apple still has the advantage as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been banned from sale in Germany. A German court recently decided to uphold its temporary ban on the Android tablet set last month. But that’s not all for Samsung:
