How does it compare to a regular PC wheel?

Recently I came across this wheel and was surprised how accurate it seems and it doesn't have neither pedals, nor steering column, nor nothing that makes a PC wheel a PC wheel. How does it stack up compared to something like a G27 or a Fanatec wheel and does it give the same performance as them? The best thing that I see is that it gets rid of the clutter and gives you wheel for the size of a gamepad and ease of storga.

It's good for F1 racers, but it's very complicated to use it. It's not just a gaming wheel....it's a F1 wheel simulator :D
It seems good to me, but its less realistic than the regular wheel and pedals setup. For me if you have the space get a standard set and not this. You'd be happier and will have Force Feedback. If you don't have the space, this is the only option.
Seems very nice to me, however it will be tricky to change gears and manage throttle an brakes all with your hands.
