microsoft office 2010

hi! it was said that my microsoft office 2010 is installed but when i open it needs to activate or purchase. i tried to activate but it needs a product key. i dont know about this product key where to find..i have already microsoft excel but its just a starter. i need microsoft word,what im gonna do? can u please help about this? thanks.

Well your laptop is pre installed (is that right ? )with trial version of MS Office so you should buy a full version.

For a free alternative you can always try: Open Office or Google Docs (online)

I find Libre Office to better than Open Office, so keep it an option as well.
