Options for battery replacement for higher capacity

Hi, so I'm basically interested in changing the battery with the most powerful one, so I can get extended battery use. I've seen some notebooks that the battery is like sticking out of the main chasis, but have no idea is that the way they were manufactured or with a battery replacement. Is that possible for the K43E? Thanks.

Look at the Asus site for bigger batteries for your laptop. If there haven't any, you should buy some after market....

There are higher capacity batteries for most notebooks, I bet there are some on ebay. It is normal that the bigger batteries stick out a bit, after all more cells need space :)
