Webcam upside down?

I got this problem - the image from my webcam is flipped upside down in Skype. Any ideas how to fix this? Running Win7 and all drivers are up-to-date.

Level 3 It turns out some of the Asus notebooks are basically manufactured with the camera upside down. The only solution I've found so far is using a small camera app - ManyCam, which installs something like an additional webcam driver. Then it must be chosen from Skype's preferred camera devices and its all good now. I mean, it's fine for a temporary solution, but I'd be happy to solve this issue without having to install third-party software. Anyone?

Level 4 You can also download the latest drivers for your camera....not those from ASUS site but you camera manufacturers' site..:) what model is your camere?

Level 3 I think that you can make some settings change from the control panel
