The tag line for the Toshiba Excite X10 tablet has been that it will be the "thinnest and lightest" 10" tablet, but even before its official announcement it saw some competition on those claims from the Lenovo IdeaTab S2. The S2 has been announced as a 10" tablet at .3" thick and 1.1 pounds, while the Excite X10 is said to be .3" thick and 1.2 pounds. More exact millimeter measurements may show which is really the thinnest, but we're not sure how the weight war could change. »read more
