The Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro is at the FCC’s labs where the government-employed engineers are testing it to make sure levels of radiation are safe for the general public use. Then, once the FCC folks give it its seal of approval, the device will be ready to be sold on the U.S. soil. However, just because some phone has the FCC certificate, it doesn’t mean anyone will offer that device.
