HTC's Puccini tablet goes through the FCC, heading to AT&T

HTC's upcoming 10-inch tablet has surfaced once again and from the looks of things it could be ready for AT&T's network soon. The successor to the company's first tablet, the HTC Flyer, has just passed FCC certification in the U.S. and with that we now have confirmation that it will support LTE connectivity on the AWS 4 and 17 bands -- which AT&T's upcoming 4G network is expected to use -- as well as 3G on the GSM 850/1900MHz and WCDMA 850/1900MHz bands.
Unfortunately no other hardware details were unveiled in the filing, but previous leaks have pointed to a 10-inch screen with a pixel resolution of 1280x720, a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon MSM8660 dual-core processor, and Android Honeycomb with HTC's ... »read more
