I'll be looking to play mainly some race and arcade games. I'm wondering which one to get? Which one of these has better/faster performance?

So, for what you want a console I suppose Nintendo Wii, 'cause XBOX and PS3 have some serious hardware. You can use them for some games which require more power. For now XBOX 360 has better hardware, but it uses the full capacity of its potential while PS3 has greater potential....
