Technically speaking. xbox 360 had it for a few games, but no more will be added to that list so i consider it to not have it. only original ps3's had it, and no others. the slim even removed ps1 BC, so BC is gone from there as well. at least wii lets you do 100% bc on gamecube games, no other console of this gen can boast that.
