Hey guys, does anyone knows if there are any laptops currently running Chrome OS?

I don't think there are any at the moment, but If I recall correctly the first notebooks with this OS should hit the streets around the end of the first half of the year.

Yeah, I've heard sony are cooking some chrome notebooks.

I also heard that Sony is cooking one which will include Tegra 2 if the rumour is correct

What happened with CR-48....I thought it's the first Chromium notebook

Yes it is, but it isn't commercially available, it is more of a test platform for the Chrome OS.

CR48's were shipped to people for testing purposes, pretty smart approach as no one can predict every move I make on my computer. If that's not the best bug and hardware test as well as real valuation of the product, I don't know what is. Anyway, I hope we'll see some chrome notebooks coming soon.
