Jen, I both agree and disagree.
For me, a standard "notebook" is just a computer you can carry from one place to another rather easily than a desktop. For a true mobile experience, I think a notebook display should be smaller than 13.3" so it can be both portable and light weight. 13.3 is the perfect compromise between portability and desktop experience and for ME everything bigger than this is a "mobile desktop system".
