Are these headphones any good?

I'm looking to buy a new pair of headphones after my trusty old Sony pair died on me. I have two priorities, sound and comfort. Spec wise these things look like a winner and they do look the part, but I'm not sure how comfortable are they? Has anyone tried them yet, do they seal away sound well, how do the sound etc, help guys pls!

Level 3 Pioneer has always been a brand with traditions in audio products in all forms. These really look comfortable, but being a DJ product I believe that they will have overpowering bass and not that much in the high frequency range. I hope that i'm wrong as they aren't that expensive and seem like a good set.
