Sony Tablet S owners can now obtain root access on their device thanks to a gentleman named Dan Rosenberg. Rosenberg was finally able to hack the device and package everything into an easy to use package.
The Tablet S just needs to be put into USB debugging mode and have a Windows batch file run. Everything you need to have full access to your Tablet S is available over at XDADevelopers.
As per usual, this is run at your own risk, although many are boasting success with this technique, and of course any OTA updates will most likely remove your root access, so be sure to read up before installing updates. »read more
