A4Tech PK-835G
Follow Problem
Hi,
its 3 days that I bought A4TECh PK-835G PC Camera, and after installing and reading user manual and downloading all kinds of softwares and drivers from internet, It do not work anyway!!
I use windows xp(sp2)... after opening camera application, it search for the pc camera usb2.0 but it never find anything. in device manager, there is a problem with identifying the webcam.
please guide me, what should I do...

Did you download the right drivers? Try using other USB and finally the camera may have factory defect :(
