Honestly i don't know why they made this phone. I'm a Verizon wireless sales agent and i refuse to sell this to my customers. If anyone has had any luck with these please let me know. But i have had customers who have gone through like 4 of them in two months and then verizon warranty just gave them a different phone because it kept freezing up and all this stuff. Anyway that's my experience with it.
