It shouldn't be much of a surprise, because apps often have to be updated to support the newest version of Android before they become available, but Google has confirmed that Flash is not currently supported in ICS.

Those of you in Europe may have already noticed, and theoretically we'll find out soon enough in the States, but Adobe Flash player is not currently supported in Ice Cream Sandwich, and is not available in the Android Market. Even worse, there is no way right now to load up the old version of Flash. »read more
