3M announced today the second generation of their projector camera, the CP45. This device is a pico projector with a built in camcorder that can record HD (1280 x 720) resolution video or 5mp still pictures. The projector portion is capable of displaying 20 ANSI lumens and a SVGA (800 x 600) resolution. It can create images as large as 65”, diagonally, but probably needs relatively dark rooms to do so. 3M has included other features like a 2.4” LCD screen, 2GB memory, a micro SD card slot, and AV inputs.
