Level 4Hard to say at this point as the GS III is still, for the most part, vapor-ware. Really no telling when it will be released as these things have a tendency to drag out. As with all tech purchases - If you need/want it now then then get it, if you can wait then do so and you will be rewarded with better tech and/or a better price.
Level 4Considering that it isn't clear when would the GS III become available, I'd be getting the Galaxy Nexus. It is still top-notch phone with ICS and is available now.
Level 10I`m pretty sure they`ll announce Galaxy III at MWC, but I don`t know nothing about the price nor the release date...so Galaxy Nexus is a better option in my view
Level 5There always will be the "what's next" argument. I say get a phone when you want to get a phone. I have to admit the Nexus is an interesting looking device. Too many people think they have to have a device without actually holding it, and feeling it in their hands. I say go down to a local shop and fiddle with the Nexus for a bit. If you feel you can't go home without it, then buy it. If it isn't the "WOW Factor".... then wait. I find when you put a little bit of rationalization like this into consideration, it sometimes eliminates a device you thought you had to have, only to find out it wasn't everything you hoped and dreamed it would be.
But for the record, if it was me.... and I was this close to deciding.... I would wait. Quad core phones aren't that far off.
