Dell has recently released two new HD monitors, the U2212HM and U2312HM. Both screens sport a full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The screens measure 23 and 22 inches, respectively and use the company’s new IPS display panels. The IPS panels not only support full HD resolution, but also a 8ms response time, a 178 viewing angle, and uses LED backlighting. The panels feature a control panel that includes USB, VGA, and a DVI port. U2212HM and U2312HM are available now through the company’s website. They retail for $279 and $319, respectively.
