What are the advantages of Windows Phone 7 over an Android phone?

Hi all, just want to figure out what are the MAIN advantages of a Windows Phone 7 OS compared to an Android device? Why would you go for Windows Phone 7 and If you have already done that, what disadvantages would make you switch to Android?

I can think of some advantages:
Slick and consistent UI in terms of menus, facebook integration is good, very stable, superb Exchange support, including multiple exchange account support
